Positive: Facilities were ok.
Negative: The bugs even though on the welcome sheet from the property manager it mentioned that they are a part of life. Why don’t you have fly screens as in Australia. ??? It isn’t rocket science and shouldn’t be that expensive but would make life that much more enjoyable for your tenants. Cleaner did not empty the towels from the washing machine that were discovered a day later nor empty the dishwasher.
Summary: Why are the hedges so high?? But apart from the previous it was ok.
